Health checks in your place of work or your community

We hold drop in sessions in the community, where you can come along and have a range of health checks. These will be advertised periodically on this website, however if you would like us to email  you with the next date would you please leave us your email address.

 

The standard checks we can offer are:

 

height, weight, bmi, body fat, carbon monoxide, peak flow, blood pressure, urine (sugar).

 

We also have a wide range of leaflets on a range of health issues, which we encourage you take for further information and advice.

 

IN INDUSTRY

Health MOT days are designed to give your employees a basic health check that could help highlight any potential health problems.

Emplyees will receive the following checks;

- BMI  
- Blood Pressure  
- Diabetes
- Carbon Monoxide (for smokers)

Each employee will also have the opportunity to receieve a brief consultation with one of our Health Development Workers to discuss any health concerns.
