Exercise Sessions

Healthy Lifestyle is also able to offer a range of physical exercise and activity to suit the needs of your client group. This includes circuit training, health walks and various forms of gentle exercise and activity all tailored to your needs. We also incorporate advice on diet and nutrition into our sessions. Below are details of 4 weekly sessions currently running:

Gentle exercise to music for the over 60's and or people with mobility issues.


Mostly chair based but some optional standing fun including therabands for strength and pom poms to get the heart going whilst having a laugh!


Additionally we have discussion on health topics and current affairs, nothing too serious! Usually followed by a bit of welcome relaxation. Now the important bit, a cup of tea and a healthy biscuit!


Very much a social occasion with the chance to make new friends, share interests and discover interesting hobbies.


The group meets at The Upper Room (near Glass House Diner) Tong Street. We have 2 sessions a week: Mondays 2pm to 3.30pm and Thursdays 11am to 12.30pm

Nick also runs a senior circuit session each week at the Salvation Army and Sutton Community Centre.  If you are interested in these sessions please telephone Nic to check availability.

Everyone is made very welcome, just turn up wearing comfortable clothing and sensible shoes, no need to splash out on a new tracksuit and the latest trainers!
